What is the type; and name, of a thermometer you should be using for heated liquids(measure the tempature) for a bread recipe?

you only need a thermometer that goes up to abotu 115ºF, so any type will do (even a “medical” one….) But an instant-read w/ digital read-out is nice.
Idk but srry I could not help
I’ve got an Ekco thermometer that measures from 0F to 220F. (Ekco makes oven thermometers as well) I bought it in the kitchenware aisle in my local grocer. It covers all my needs and I can adjust the temperature if it’s incorrect.
your being silly
man has made bread for thousands of years without
????
just what does your recipe call for..??
you ‘may’ need an oven thermometer to accurately adjust the heat…and even that is Iffy..
but what else???
